pass a Resolution that: The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Rideau Lakes Receives and Files Correspondence Items 10.1 to 10.4.

pass a Resolution that; WHEREAS a property owner in Chaffeys Lock wishes to donate a 22.44 acre parcel of land to the Township as a part of their approved development application; AND WHEREAS Council approved this land donation in principle through including it as a condition on the consent approval; AND WHEREAS the community, including through the Community Visioning, has expressed its excitement to see the lands publicly owned and developed for future recreational opportunities; AND WHEREAS the developer is ready to transfer the lands to the Township; NOW THEREFORE Council authorizes the Clerk to authorize the necessary documents to give force and effect to the land transfer from 2222629 Ontario Inc. as previously approved by Council in the consent applications B-136-22 to B-141-22.

pass a Resolution that; WHEREAS Councillor Paula Banks has expressed that she no longer wishes to be a sitting member on the Economic Development Committee; NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Rideau Lakes hereby agrees to leave a Council seat vacant on the Economic Development Committee until the end of the 2nd year of this term of Council.
