WHEREAS the Township of Rideau Lakes has received the 2024 Parks and Recreation Master Plan report provided by the consulting firm of K.A. Consultants; AND WHEREAS it has been determined by Council that a Parks and Recreation Committee be established to support the current Recreation and Volunteer Coordinator; NOW THERFORE Be it resolved, that staff bring back a report on the proposed establishment and terms of reference for a Recreation and Volunteer Committee to be established for March 1, 2025. AND FURTHER that one member of Council from each Ward be appointed to said committee.
