pass a Resolution that: WHEREAS at the Economic Development Committee Meeting held February 5, 2024 Committee received a staff report regarding the upcoming RED Grant and potential projects requiring funding to apply for; NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Rideau Lakes hereby directs staff to submit a funding application through the RED grant program for work to be completed in the Village of Portland, including the Portland Harbour.

pass a Resolution that: WHEREAS at the Planning Advisory and Committee of Adjustment Meeting held January 24, 2024, Recommendation #10-2024 was passed recommending that the Community Improvement Plan grant application CIP-01-2023 be approved and that a funding agreement be entered into with the Royal Canadian Legion (Delta) to provide funding through the following CIP grant for the following program: Accessibility Grant of $2,000; NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Rideau Lakes hereby agrees to provide, through a Funding Agreement, a CIP Accessibility Grant of $2,000 to the Royal Canadian Legion (Delta).

pass a Resolution that: WHEREAS at the Accessibility Advisory Committee Meeting held Monday, January 4, 2024 Recommendation #2-2024 was passed regarding the Customer Service Policy; NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Rideau Lakes directs staff to bring forward a By-Law to Adopt a new Customer Service Policy and that By-Law 2009-59 be rescinded.

pass a Resolution that: WHEREAS at the Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee Meeting held Thursday, January 18, Recommendation #07-2024 was passed recommending that Council support the Township of Clearview's request regarding cemeteries; NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Rideau Lakes hereby supports the request regarding support to municipalities for Cemetery Transfers, Abandonment, Administration and Management.

pass a Resolution that; Staff be authorized to move forward with issuance of the tender for the Portland Hall and Library.
