Be it resolved that the Elgin Seniors Housing Board acknowledges the January 28, 2026 Financial Update; AND FURTHER that the Board authorizes the transfer of funds from reserve to cover the 2025 deficit; AND FURTHER that the Board adopts the Draft 2026 Budget as presented.
