Be it resolved that the Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee (MHAC) approves that the 2025 Heritage Meet & Greet be held in coordination with the Doors Open program, and will take place on Friday, June 20th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the new Portland Community Hall.

Be it resolved that the Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee approves and adopts the Minutes of the MHAC Meeting held on January 16, 2025 as amended.

Be it resolved that the Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee (MHAC) recommends to Council that heritage designation by-laws be amended to comply with the Ontario Heritage Act; And FURTHER that $5,000 from the draft 2025 MHAC Budget line item for Cemeteries - Lawyer's Fees be redirected to amending municipal heritage designations.
