Be it resolved that the Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee (MHAC) adopt the agenda as presented.

WHEREAS the property located at 2777 Highway 15, known as the Harmon Toffey House was designated under the Ontario Heritage Act by By-Law B 1984-603; AND WHEREAS the owner is requesting that the property be de-designated; NOW THEREFORE be it resolved, that the Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee recommends to Council that staff begin the repeal process of designation By-Law B 1984-603 under Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act R.S.O. 1990 c O.18.
