Be it resolved that the Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee (MHAC) adopt the agenda as amended.

Be it resolved that the Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee (MHAC) recommends to Council that up to $4,500 from the approved 2025 MHAC Budget line items for Documentaries and MHAC Projects be redirected to amending municipal heritage designations; WHERAS Documentaries ($1,055) and MHAC Projects ($3,500) will not be completed in 2025 due to volunteer capacity; and WHEREAS MHAC Rec 2025-13 adopted by Council on March 3, 2025 resolved that heritage designation by-laws be amended to comply with the Ontario Heritage Act.
