To pass a Resolution that; The Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee acknowledges the letter from Ross Lambert of the Simpson Masonic Lodge regarding a proposed Simpson Masonic Lodge Storyboard at Newboro Community Hall; AND WHEREAS the proposed Storyboard will be produced by the Simpson Masonic Lodge at their cost; and FURTHER that the committee is in favour of the proposal in principle and will work together toward a mutual agreement.
