AND FURTHER recommends to the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Rideau Lakes that staff are to seek a legal opinion on the draft by-law, including the ability to regulate lighting that pre-dates the implementation of the proposed by-law. AND FURTHER that staff are to review the proposed by-law and provide comments at a future PACA meeting.
