To pass a Resolution that: The Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee approves the research on the following South Elmsley Properties as presented/amended: Rideau Ferry - H. Nelson Covell House & Farmstead; Rideau Ferry - Ferryland Cottage; Rideau Ferry - Stationmaster's House; Lombardy - 570 Townline Road - Robert Goodfellow House; Lombardy - 622 Townline Road - William South House; and FURTHER recommends that staff proceed with research on the following properties in South Elmsley: William Ballantyne School - 448 Highway 29 William Ballantyne House (c1850) - 443 Hwy. #29 Blessed Sacrament Church - 690 ON-15, Lombardy McKinney House (1856) - 798 Hwy. #15 O’Reilly Hotel - 973 Blacksmith Road Klyne Hotel (1876) - 17 Blacksmith Road (Originally called the Revere Hotel) Orange Hall - directly across the street from the Catholic Church

To pass a Resolution that: The Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee contribute the amount of $500 towards the meet and greet for Heritage Societies in Rideau Lakes at the June 26th networking event organized in partnership with the Newboro and Area Heritage Society, to be held at The Red Brick School in Elgin.

To pass a Resolution that: The Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee acknowledges the financial update as presented.

To pass a Resolution that: The Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee advises staff to proceed with reserving the Old Town Hall in Delta for the 2023 Film Screening of MHAC Documentaries on Friday, August 25 in the afternoon.

To pass a Resolution that: The Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee meeting of June 15, 2023 be adjourned.
