That the Planning Advisory & Committee of Adjustment recommend to the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Rideau Lakes that Zoning By-Law Amendment application ZBA-8-2026, by 1001225239 ONTARIO INC of the Ward of Bastard & South Burgess, be approved to remove the holding symbol from the General Industrial Special Exception 3 Holding Zone (MG-3-h), thereby zoning the subject lands General Industrial Special Exception 3 (MG-3), provided that the required site plan control agreement has been executed prior to Council passing the amending by-law.
