Staff recommend that the Township issue a letter of concurrence for the Xplore Inc. Telecommunications Tower project that is to be located on Dr Johns Lane – South Crosby. Further this letter of concurrence shall identify that the property is along a private road, and that through this letter of concurrence the Township is not assuming the road, nor providing any maintenance or snow plowing. The Township shall also recognize that services such as fire, police, or ambulance may have limitations due to the access being via a private road.
